CLOWNING AROUND
Knuckles the Caring Clown visited the Civitan Center preschool recently. Knuckles used her magic to create cupcakes for a couple of birthday children and made suckers appear for all the children. Benton SCAT employee Connie Hipps performs as Knuckles the Caring Clown.
