David Rogers

David Rogers, 87, of Mabelvale, died March 5, 2008. He was born Aug. 18, 1920, to Frank and Rose Rogers in Blytheville, Ark. David was retired from the Veterans Hospital in Little Rock. He served in the United States Army during WWII in the 413 Anti Aircraft Gun Battalion.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Jo Rogers of Mabelvale; son, David Michael Rogers of Mabelvale; daughter, Debra Sosa of Little Rock; brothers, Robert Rogers of North Little Rock and Paul Rogers of North Little Rock; sister, Annie Mae Rogers of North Little Rock; and one grandchild.

Graveside services by Ashby Funeral Home were Wednesday at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Quitman with the Rev. Bobby Golden officiating.
