Michael Downes of Village Movers in Hot Springs Village participates in the Little Rock-North Little Rock St. Patrick's Day Parade by driving his truck along the route in the twin cities on Saturday. The parade was passing by Cregeen's Irish Pub at Main and Broadway in North Little Rock.
