Three Pat Mote Properties agents graduate from training program

Shana Billingsley, Stephanie Lester and Barbara Harris of Weichert Realtors-Pat Mote Properties have graduated from the weeklong Weichert Fast Track 2 training program held in Fayetteville.

Conducted by trainer Toni Rueter, the sessions followed a set of in-house training modules, which the agents completed under the direction of their local broker Pat Mote. The Benton agents completed the course along with agents from Weichert Realtors' newest affiliated offices in Springdale and Fayetteville.

The Fast Track 2 program is an enhancement of the original Fast Track agent training program adopted for franchised offices of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, which has traditionally used a combination of electronic learning systems and "live" training.

Sales associates are taught how to communicate with people on the personal level needed, as well as how to offer customers the latest, fastest market information.

"It is possible to be in concert with today's technological advances and still maintain the one-on-one interaction that is essential to provide the best service possible to clients," Mote said.
