Bob Orrell

Bob Orrell, 89, of Benton died Friday Dec. 7, 2007. He was born on Feb. 6, 1918, in Hollis, Ark., to the late Bruce and Susan Elizabeth Orrell. Mr. Orrell was retired from Reynolds Metal, U.S. Army Veteran and of the Baptist Faith.

His parents; six brothers, Ed, Howard, Clem, Fred, John and Tom Orrell; two sisters, Norie Humphries and Minnie Cox; and one grandson, Brian Burnett, preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Lillie Orrell of Benton; three sons, Mitchell Orrell of Benton, Lloyd Orrell of Bauxite and Kenneth Orrell of Benton; two daughters, Virginia Bergen of Mabelvale and Loretta Mansfield of Benton; two sisters, Mattie Cooper of Oregon and Virgie Cruise of Flippin; 16 grandchildren, Deborah Burnett, Robert Burnett, Mark Orrell, Melissa White, Amy Young, Angie Morgan, Stephanie Ashley, Andrea Broadway, Clint McCool, Clay McCool, Seth Orrell, Kaylan Childress, Mattison Childress, Kimberly Dill, Paul Dill and Allen Dill; and 10 great-grandchildren, Virginia Brook Burnett, Destini Ann Burnett, Zack Broadway, Haley Broadway, Andrew Morgan, Cory Morgan, J. D. Morgan, Mitchell Morgan, Breahna McCool and Bradly McCool.

Funeral services were Monday, Dec. 10 at Ashby Funeral Home with a graveside service at Nooner Cemetery in Hollis, Ark. Bro. Curtis Kyle and Bro. David Harris officiated.
